  9. I read that former Bayern football player and now journalist Lothar Matthaus believes that Bayern will reach the the semi-finals of the Champions League. Personally I wouldn't make such hasty conclusions. Yes, Bayern are definitely lucky with their group – the opponents are simply two heads weaker, so in any case she will be in the playoffs. But reaching the 1/2 finals is in question (I would like it, of course, because for three years in a row there have been eliminations in the 1/4). This is only possible with stable successful performances and with strong teams. While this is not the case (example Leipzig and Bayer Leverkusen), especially since the best squad is disintegrating right before our eyes. I really hope that in the future Bayern will show itself and be much more successful
