If Bayern were to make up the eight points, so that goal difference would matter, it is guaranteed to be pretty much equal. Right now there is no telling who would come out on top, should goal difference decide the title.
I hope it doesn’t come this far. I won’t rule Bayern out as long as it is mathematically possible but Leverkusen really looks like the won’t drop eight points in the last twelve games (they did only drop exactly eight in the 22 matches until now) and that would of course require Bayern to win every remaining game which seems unlikely at the moment.
