This is what Chelsea have to look forward to with American owners. Klopp papering over the cracks of what FSG are doing. Mane and Salah are two of the best forwards in the world, but paid well below the market rate for players of this quality because at least 16 players in the EPL have higher salaries than Mane and Salah. When FSG did this with Wijnaldum people blamed the player and not FSG, but Liverpool could see their two best players leave because of FSG penny pinching. The fact Mane is willing to take to smaller club like Bayern shows how underpaid he is. When players like Sancho and Pogba are on more money than Mane and Salah, it is ridiculous and ungrateful for FSG to be haggling and refusing to pay these world stars money they would easily earn in another team.

Don't Bayern have a lot of forwards already? Thomas Mueller signed a new deal, I guess Lewandowski might leave so this could sorta make sense. Mane has shown this season that he can play as a striker even a back to goal striker because his touch and awareness of space is so so good. It would actually even stretch his career a little longer if he's not playing wide and having to chase fullbacks towards his own goal. Actually thinking about it now, this might be a good deal for both Mane and Bayern especially if Lewandowski leaves.
