Another impressive win for Virtus Bologna. Bayern prepared the game really well and tried to punish Virtus where they suffer the most, near the rim since the rotations in the 4 and 5 spot are really short (Toko and Dunston have to play big minutes every night), but at the end with Zicic on the floor giving some rim protection and with some clutch shots by Belinelli and Iffe Lundberg we won it.

Virtus really lacks a center, Shengelia alone cannot fight under the shields, and Dunston is very weak in attack, in 22 minutes 4 points, 2 rebounds, this is horror, not statistics.

Che vittoria! Banchi l'ha rimessa in piedi difensivamente mettendo Zizic sotto canestro, fino a quel punto il Bayern (gran partita) aveva fatto il bello e il cattivo tempo, limitandoli lì sotto e con qualche loro errore al tiro dopo tre quarti praticamente perfetti la Virtus l'ha portata a casa restando sempre aggrappata alla partita, hanno una grande mentalità e nei momenti decisivi non sbagliano quasi mai nulla, applausi sia Banchi che alla squadra

This was a very impressive display by Virtus. Bayern played a brilliant game and seemed in control for most part of it. Virtus managed to stay close and exploit the opportunities to get ahead in the last minutes. This shows character, as well as talent. Laso could also have made better decisions in the final possessions. I am reading comments about Virtus being where it is by luck. What are these people watching?
