  1. If Tuchel had the freedom of a PL coach, he would have done all necessary; what I see is, that he suffered a gagging order, and this in a way that I wonder now, where the holding six is going. Uli Hoeness still has too much power, he is unable to trust his own people; the engagement of his buddy Erberl is a catastrophe for the club. Eberl is disloyal (Moenchengladbach) and provoked his sacking from RB Leipzig. So altogether I would be ashamed to have engaged such a pisser for my club. And in addition, the permanent problem with Kimmich, who I would set on the right-back and not in the defensive midfield.
If I were Alonso, I would run far away from Bayern Munich as long as the patriarch is the secret boss. What is wrong? The players can come to him to blame and he sucks the coach. Ancelotti will know this very well. As long as this is possible, Kimmich will be on the pitch, and Tuchel cannot do what he would like and will not get the players he would like. And if he tells the truth, that the problem is the defensive midfield, the patriarch is unhappy, that his beloved ones earn critics.
A fish rots from the head down.

  2. "Poch was given a load of rubbish he didn't want."

That argument applies to ETH even more than Poch. lmao ETH has inherited overpaid divas that aren't very good and he can't get rid of, and players that have been around for the last 3+ managers and failed them, too. At least Poch has been given tons of youth and potential, and players that appear to be somewhat hungry to win.

  3. Come on ESPN. This is laughable how stupid these questions are. Bayern have won so repetitively in Germany, that it's literalltmy boring. It's a positive breath of fresh air to see Leverkusen doing so great this season, so why not celebrate their incredible season, instead of creating nonsense headlines about the richest and most succesful team in Germany. You guys are complete amateurs.

  4. Xabi Alonso will stay in Bayer Leverkusen until 2026. One Day we'll see Real Madrid vs FC Bayer Leverkusen in the UEFA Champions League. Then hopefully he receive an offer and sign a contract to Real madrid as a replacement of Carlo Ancelotti in 2026.

  5. Xabi Alonso should stay at Leverkusen, and wait to replace Carlo at Real Madrid. Unless klopp shockingly left Liverpool, that Bayern job needs a massive overhaul and don’t think Alonso will be given the time to do so

  6. I saw leverkusen play vs leipzig and let me tell you, bayer leverkusen looked like a world class team the way they passed the ball around and stayed calm the whole time even though leverkusen won 3-2 .
