  1. What do you mean by pointless?
If neither of the players will be performing, they will be out as well.. or might not be selected for the next managers team…Or for the manager would be harder to get a proper job if he does not tries its best till the last moment.
So what are we talking about? Everyone's reputation is on the line.

  2. These pundits talks as if they are kids. Barcelona isn't interested in TT. Is just the Press doing thier thing like they always do. As Steve said its just cuz barca will have to appoint a new coach and he's one of the available coaches thats it.

  3. This group never talks about tactics.. Only desire, passoion, playing your hearts out… Without proper organization and tactic these things dont mean much.

Anyone who doesnt know the sport can sit there and say what they say… Easy money…

  4. Even i gotta agree with stevie , i get Tuchel didn't like kimmich but he shouldn't have called out a senior player of bayern like that , he may have lost a few people by doing so and to be fair even in Chelsea after those cup runs it was the same he lost the dressing room so fast

  5. The players need to be playing for the badge. Barcelona is in a very similar situation, but I at least know that so many of their players are playing for the badge and also still respect Xavi. The Bayern players are professionals, getting paid to give their best to the club and the fans, and it would be shameful for them to do anything else.

  6. I am not a Bayern supporter. But I admire the club for it's achievements and heritage. It is one of the top clubs in the world. But I also think Tuchel is one of the top coaches of the world. He however needed time with the Bayern team. A couple of bad results and Tuchel is in the dock. This is not fair. Many Bayern players are over the hill. Can any coach achieve top results with Muller and Goretska and Kimmich? I doubt it. Tuchel should not have taken this job. Also Bayern have got into this culture of sacking top coaches at the drop of a hat at the whim of the Board. Why was Nagelsman sacked? Will any good manager want to come to Bayern? I doubt it. A bad toxic culture. Sad situation

  7. Haha players need to be cuddled… I think he also lost the dressing room at Chelsea when he said the players lacked fighting spirit. And Juninho mocked he when he got fired. I think he said “your plan isn’t working no more” or something like that

  8. De Ligt would start for big teams easily…. Goretzka is top and also would start for any top team… Kimich Madrid and Barca and lots of teams are fighiting for them… Yet Tuchel have them on the Bench… lol

  9. Tuchel might have too big of an ego. If the message doesn’t immediately resonate with a team or certain leaders, you’re not gonna get buy in. When you don’t get the immediate buy in, you’ve gotta check your ego if you still want the job. Managers don’t always need to be tactical geniuses, they have to have a relationship with the players

  10. Dan asked “how did Tuchel get the man management so wrong?” …. The answer is Tuchel , and the manner he was hired, got him swell headed and thought he was the big boss with the board backing him . He should have been humble and cooperative.

  11. Xabi and Zidane would probably do well. Coaches that can empathize with players can often improve players and get them out of slumps, especially with their kind of authority. If Mourinho wasn't so defensive minded, he would be a great fit too, at least in the past, where he was always able to build up players (not in Roma). Brain surgeon strategists like Pep, Flick, Nagelsmann and Tuchel, who don't have much of a track record as players, would be the wrong call.

  12. Thomas Tuchel is the worst manager i've seen so far. Yeah he won UCL but pepp didnt put out the right players for man city in the final.( + no Hallaand). Everywhere he goes he's just horrible. PSG / Chelsea Munich….please bro….i wouldn't let this guy manage my sunday league team.
