Bayern Munich has been making the news recently because of the physical transformations of some of their players. They’ve all notably increased their muscle mass and either remained lean, or lost body fat too.
While in quarantine, the Bayern Munich fitness coaches designed what were called «brutal» online training sessions with the team designed to increase their conditioning and muscle mass.
The players all made incredible body transformations, which are amazing even for professional athletes like footballers.
