Its not that bad, the media just make it into a big thing. In the same stage of a season last year, bayern had 3 less league wins, the year before had just one more, and the year before that they had 1 win less. So its not that bad of a season for them, its average, but it looks bad compared to leverkusen who are killing it.

I know everyone’s talking about Tuchel and Nagelsmann being great, but I think Bayern have been bleeding for years. They’ve been getting slightly worse as the years went on and haven’t noticed it until it was too late. I refuse to believe this is just something that’s happened this season, it’s just that they’ve managed to cover it up with the lack of consistency from Dortmund usually. They went from a super team with Flick to whatever this is and it’s been a constant decline. The squad isn’t even that weak, it’s just a decline of ability in the first half of the season which has carried over this season. A big thing this season is that Leverkusen haven’t slipped, because if they did, like previous seasons with Dortmund, it would never have been such a bad problem with Bayern because people would still believe they could win.
